Dual full-bridge IGBT module

Based on 8X FGH60N60SMD, this module is a ready to use building block for construction of phase-shifted QCW coils, or standard DRSSTCs with streamer length under 60″. Transistors are being procured on Digikey, so it’s guaranteed that they’re originals. By power, dual FGH60N60SMD is comparable to a bridge based on CM200 IGBT brick modules. PCB was carefully designed, taking into account copper thickness, gap between power rails, trace inductance, and includes protection against breakdown discharge on primary coil.
